With a guide price of half a million-pounds one property in Dronfield surrounds itself with views across the Cordwell Valley.
While a former farmhouse in the traditional hamlet of Hollow Meadows, found high up within the Peak District, has a guide price of £350,000 - £400,000.

‘The Herd of Sheffield’ auction hosted by Blundells in October 2016 raised £410,000 towards installing a Fluoroscopy 3D Scanner within Sheffield Children’s Hospital.
The scanner was installed at the beginning of June this year, and is already saving lives by providing X-Ray images to help diagnose various life-threatening conditions.
Blundells are continuing their charitable efforts next week. 45 members staff across Yorkshire will be taking part in a 40-hour spinning event from Monday (26th June) to Wednesday (28th June) to raise money for The Children’s Hospital Charity in Sheffield.
