So Brexit didn’t happen did it, June’s tenant fee ban did, a controversial new royal baby name causes split opinions, we had a visit from a not so popular Head of State and a new Prime Minister which ‘May’ or ‘May’ not have happened by the time this auction arrives!

Also a polite reminder that we now require any parties wanting to bid in the auction to pre-register. They can either do that direct with Blundells or Bridgfords/Frank Innes/Spencers/Bairstow Eves office before the date of the auction or on the auction day itself. On auction day you will not be allowed to bid on any of the lots unless we have seen all your ID (photo and proof of address),  proof of funds and solicitors details, so please take time to ensure you bring everything with you on the 4th and arrive early to be sure you register in time!! Doors open at 11am……
