The world is in flux so it seems but be British, grab a cup of tea and have a look through this catalogue as we have some fabulous lots on offer for you.
If it’s a property packed full of original features and ripe for a fabulous renovation project back into a wonderful family home we have a few options! Steade Road along with Kenwood Avenue in Sheffield and Ashbourne Street in Nottingham all can offer this type of project. We also have two large semi detached dwellings on Grange Crescent Road, sat side by side each other, both slightly different but both ideally suited to be a great family home each. If you are looking at buy to let options we have ‘lots’ across the North and every pocket to suit from a studio flat in Darlington, a terraced in Mexborough, a six bedroom townhouse with a full HMO license in Sheffield or a semi detached in Shiregreen, all offering great returns if let so start looking for your next investment now. For those buyers looking to escape the city and buy that ‘once in a lifetime’ property we have two for you to consider. Martins Farmhouse in Reeth, part of the Yorkshire Dales National Park offers everything from a fabulous family to renovate and enjoy or see it as an Air BNB opportunity and spilt the site into rental cottages. The farm comes with a paddock of around 1.3acres and a large timber framed agricultural barn so those with equestrian interest may want to look here too. For those with a bigger budget and a dream location in mind then take a look at Dogmanslack Farm in The Peak District National Park. Your opportunity to purchase this historically significant period stone farmhouse from the1600’S that is situated in around 18 acres of land with multiple barns and outbuildings ideal for conversion. Your options I think are endless but book your viewing with Bridgfords and I defy you not to fall in love immediately with this farm………………..
You do need to do your homework before the auction so legal packs can now be downloaded in advance of the sale and if you have any questions at all the Auction Coordinator Steph would love to hear from you so give her a call on 0114 254 1185 or email email@example.com Don’t forget if you can’t attend the auction on auction day and you still want to bid we can arrange telephone and proxy bids for you, head to the website for more information or give us a call to arrange. (We cannot set up telephone bids on the day of the auction, you need to have advised us well in advance so please don’t leave it until the last minute, we do have rules and regulations and being the good law abiding citizens we are we will adhere to them!)
Also a polite reminder that we now require any parties wanting to bid in the auction to pre-register. They can either do that direct with Blundells or Bridgfords/Frank Innes/Spencers/Bairstow Eves office before the date of the auction or on the auction day itself. On auction day you will not be allowed to bid on any of the lots unless we have seen all your ID (photo and proof of address), proof of funds and solicitors details, so please take time to ensure you bring everything with you on the 4th and arrive early to be sure you register in time!! Doors open at 11am……
Myself and the Blundells Auction team were delighted with the May results, auctions have totally bucked the trend in comparison to house sales via private treaty having huge appeal to buyer and great seller certainty with a quicker time frame. We are already taking instructions for the 18th September sale so make sure you register on our mailing list online so not to avoid the early release previews. For those thinking of selling if you have a property, land or investment to sell and require an appraisal as to its suitability to be sold at auction please me know. I can offer a fantastic alternative to an open market listing and a realistic valuation with a fast pace route to exchange. We also have the Blundells lettings team at the auction in July so if you need any lettings advice or ‘Buy to Let’ info these are the guys and girls to ask.
Enjoy your viewings, I look forward to seeing you on the rostrum in July.
