Welcome to 2019!

We’ll try in our first auction of the year to avoid the 'B' word! Will we? Wont we? Backstop? No backstop? Referendum on a referendum? Who only knows!! So many unknowns at this time but one thing I do know is we have a belter of a catalogue lined up and some incredible 'not to be missed' lots.

So setting aside the 'B' word for a while sit back and look at the opportunities offered from all over my region, I have clients keen to sell and all it takes is a hand in the room and the lot could be yours. 

The south west of Sheffield must get a highlight as we have lots in S10, S11 and S17. There is a mix of refurbishment opportunities to either builder or residential buyer with property knowledge or lots with future development opportunity if you have some imagination and can see the potential, busy already on viewings so contact Blundells to book in. We also have lots offering long term investment, how about a flat within around an hours commute to London for £70,000+, a deal not to be missed for sure!

On auction day you cannot bid on any of the lots unless we have seen all your ID (photo and proof of address), proof of funds and solicitors details, so please take time to ensure you bring everything with you on the 6th and arrive early!! Doors open at 11am...

Myself and the Blundells Auction team were delighted with last year's results, auctions have totally bucked the trend in comparison to house sales via private treaty with huge appeal to buyer and seller certainty and a quicker time frame. We are already taking instructions for Spring and Summer sales in May and July, some incredible lots never been seen on the open market before so make sure you register on our mailing list online so not to avoid the early release previews.
