Also a polite reminder that we now require any parties wanting to bid in the auction to pre-register. They can either do that direct with Blundells or Bridgfords/Frank Innes/Spencers/Dixons/Bairstow Eves office before the date of the auction or on the auction day itself. On auction day you will not be allowed to bid on any of the lots unless we have seen all your ID (photo and proof of address), proof of funds and solicitors details, so please take time to ensure you bring everything with you on the 5th and arrive early to be sure you register in time!! Doors open at 11am.
